Email and SMS campaigns for a concrete company
Concrete owners sit on the most under-used list in the trades. Every homeowner you have poured for still has a walkway, a patio, a slab or a neighbor, and most companies never speak to them again once the final payment clears.
Two campaigns pay for the whole channel. The first is the past-customer touch, sent twice a year, offering sealing and the obvious second phase: a patio after a driveway, a walkway after a patio. Sealing on a four to five year cycle is close to free revenue and it puts the crew on slabs you already know. The second is the quoted-but-never-booked list. Every bid you sent in the last two seasons is sitting in a folder. A February text saying the schedule is opening and you will honor last year's number moves a surprising share of them.
Timing follows the pour season. Late winter for spring booking, June for the summer gap, September for the last window before frost, which the seasonality plan lays out month by month.
Keep the messages short. Two sentences and a phone number beats a newsletter nobody opens.
